I popped into Costa in Redcar last week there was only to members of staff working sum staff are friendly and polite but I waited in the cue for roughly about 5 minutes or more if this is the case the staff should say to the customers who have been waiting sorry for your wait saying this to the customers makes the customers then think that their custom is much more appreciated and they will go back again and even recommend Costa in Redcar to other members of the public but unfortunately sum people think like me and sum people don't otherwise it's a nice and comfortable place to sit down relax have a bite to eat and have a cup of tea or coffee
