New guy they've got in there seems to be keeping things going and the ball moving, a credit to the branch.
I've had some experiences in the past where been stood around awaiting for someone to tell you they're available. Once got given incorrect withdrawal amount (short) and wasn't until I left the bank I realised, I returned and the banker knew she shorted me which I thought was odd. Fair to say I now avoid her or triple check when I do have to deal with her. 9/10 times spot on.

Spent a horrendous year with this outfit having gone there to get a marginally better re-morthage rate.
Transferred a 5 figure sum into Nationwide and three months later turned down for a remortgage due to "underwriting issues" despite having an excellent credit rating.
Nationwide lied repeatedly as to why this had happened, treating me like a school leaver.
Left Nationwide and now have most of my financial products in one place with their main competitor. Bottom line being why would anyone put money into a bank account to be lent at a preferred rate to others but not themselves.
Bunch of scammers.
