I love Hong's iv I have been coming here for many years now, and have not had any problems, she does my nails 100% very talkative and happy, you will not be disappointed, Hong is now on my friends list I love having her as my friend

Nails looked nothing like my reference picture, she took ages trying to do a simple flower nail art and it turned out awful. Her and her husband were both laughing about how bad it was infront of my face, saying see you tomorrow to fix it!! Cos it was so bad. I wouldve preferred her saying she couldnt do it instead of sending me out with shoddy nails laughing, the whole thing cost 45 as well!! Wont be back again

I would not recommend this nail salon I was not happy with the customer service they were rude towards me . I feel that my nails were very expensive for what I asked for which was coffin shaped red acrylics. The nails that were applied didnt fit my nail sizes correctly as they were too big the tips that they used I have had a nail break of within a week of having them done . Also on one of my nails the glue wasnt applied properly and was causing me to catch it when doing daily tasks. Service: Acrylic nails

I was very unhappy with how I was treated by the man that did my nails, he was rude and aggressive- he slammed the bottles down and shook his head when I changed my mind about the nail colour I had asked for- (before he had even put it on) He smacked my hand if I didnt hold it in the exact position he wanted. He kept sighing and clearly didnt want to be there! My nails were chipped after he had done them but I just wanted to get out of there as he really upset me being so rude! This was supposed to be a relaxing treatment that I was paying money for, instead I left feeling stressed and annoyed. The lady in there is lovely & I feel sorry for her working in that environment. I only got one gel colour and that even seemed too much to ask! He wasnt very happy when I asked for them a little bit shorter, he was just horrible for no reason. I wouldnt recommend this place if you end up with him doing your nails! Service: Acrylic nails
