        Can I give a special mention to Helen at the Redcar branch. She has been wonderful sorting out my problems after my wife passed away and on other accessions sorting things I was having difficulty with. She is a great asset to the branch. Thank you Helen........Vince.

        Tried to make appt to set 3 accounts for mychildren as it says you need to make it at the Branch. Phone put down 3 times. Will go to another bank.

        Nothing against the Redcar branch staff but TSB is the worst bank I have used in my life. It's a shoddy Spanish bank in the back end - avoid at all costs.

        Walked into the branch yesterday approximately 1210 and didnt see any staff ! Couldnt believe it. Normally chatty and helpful people.Thought there must be a robbery going on . Luckily I could pay my cheque in using the machine.
