Edan Recovery

My wife broke down with a flat battery. I tried jump leads and, failed miserably. Edan Recovery were contacted and, responded very, very quickly. The very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable Recovery driver quickly jump started the car and, diagnosed the problem very quickly. It appeared that the alternator was on the way out. He made sure that the vehicle had enough power being generated before allowing my wife to drive the car to a garage of our choice for repair. I wish that I could give 6 for this service gentleman and the service he provided. Outstanding only just about covers it! Service: Battery

After breaking down last night on the a1, a lovely young guy from Edan came and recovered us. He was careful putting the car on the back of the truck and was very friendly. He made conversation for the 130 mile drive home which was good as there is nothing worse than awkward silences. I believe he is the owners son, he was very knowledgable. Thanks Edan

Bought recovery when I bought my car from Motorpoint... the company called Edan when my car had broken down recently... very good service..... i'd had a nationwide company tell me, without looking at vehicle it needed main dealer attention...when only some of electrics were not working... wich I booked in.. before I could get it there car totally broke down.. would start at all.. when Edan arrived the technician asked the problem.. and any previous problems.. as soon as I told him he diagnosed a battery issue.. he boosted the battery.. everything worked again.. he recommend I keep it running for about 30 mins and replace battery... which I have done and all seems well so have cancelled claim on extended warranty and tests at.main dealer! Would recommend!
