Got a great response from the owners when we enquired about one-to-one training for our 6 year old Jack Russell, Diesel. We bought Diesel from a local Dog Rescue and he came to us with a few issues. Keith helped us turn some of these issues round. He's a lovely dog but gets very nervous around other dogs. For the first time in June, we boarded him with Forest PetCare for a 4 night stay. We were nervous, but he knew Keith already, which gave us the reassurance to leave him. We were rang during his stay to say he was fine and to relax and enjoy our break. We really appreciated the call and when we got home Keith dropped him back to us. He had taken a video of Diesel running with his own dogs which was amazing to see! We have since boarded Diesel with Forest PetCare again and can recommend them for the care, professionalism and dedication they provide.

Very friendly owners and spacious although basic kennel. I boarded my dog there overnight for 3 nights while I was walking Hadrian's Wall and picked her up each morning so she was with me during the day. It took a while to find the place initially as it is up an unmarked track in the National Park and the satnav stopped directing us in the middle of a field, but after that everything worked out perfectly. Ask for specific directions to the house from the Military Road and you should be OK.

My two dogs, a Dalmation and a Retriever, recently spent two weeks at Forest Petcare, they were well looked after and enjoyed their walks in a fantastic setting. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The kennels were more open than I had expected, but I would be happy to have them board there again.
