        I have been trying to contact Vanessa for weeks regarding yoga classes at her studio, Ive even been there and a lady has texted her on my behalf. She has never responded to any text or email. Totally unacceptable and bad customer service as far as Im concerned. If she treats all her future clients this way I hope no one uses her services

        Love Vanessas fitness factory classes are great fun and my fitness level are really good for a 60 + woman. Vanessa makes all the classes interesting and enjoyable.

        Fun fun fun! Vanessa is a cheerful and dedicated fitness instructor. Lots of different classes for all ages. As a 60+ member I highly recommend the Zumba gold classes and yoga for a really good stretch. Vanessa is enthusiastic and talks through each movement as we go along. I look forward to classes every week and suffer withdrawal symptoms if I have to miss one!
