All of the reception staff here are very helpful and friendly. The people here are great at getting back to your queries. I know these places need to make money, but sometimes when there's an ongoing issue with your pet, it's annoying to be handed a small amount of medication to start off with and then being given a much bigger amount for near enough the same price within a small timeframe. You hear it everywhere, but it really is a cost of living crisis. People are realising how expensive pets are nowadays, as well as dentistry, etc. Heck... even a McDonalds is expensive nowadays! Because of this, there could be more transparentness between the practice and its patients to help keep these costs more manageable for everyone.
