This place is a joke. The amount of money we spend every month on hiring two tankers for our site. Yet this means nothing to them. The staff on the phone's lie and have ZERO customer service skills. We have been given the run around now for a good two week. Every day we phone to get told the same thing, 'we don't think your tanker is ready we will call you back later.' guess what, WE have to call them back the next day. Just to hear the same thing. Pretty embarrassing that certain members of staff have to hide behind phone staff when being asked if we can speak to them. Even further embarrassing when it is us that can tell them about the tanker faults, leaving the phone staff speechless as there scripted answers really make them look like amateurs. If this was a service i was receiving from dropping my car off at the garage. I would have taken my car off them a long time ago and took things further. What they fail to realise is our entire company are fully aware of the shambles of a service we have received, not just our Rotherham site, but Brinsworth and Stocksbridge... that's a lot (500+ people) of people that's heard about the bad service guys

Since John Gabriel left the company this depot has gone down hill the customer service is none existent the employees seem to think customers are just a pain and never return a call we currently hire 2 tankers from the company and personally hire wouldn't hire a library book from them shocking customer service
