Above and beyond service, used Midlux to take my elderly father to a hospital appointment. The driver was so helpful and considerate and even helped my father find the department he needed to go to and waited for him so he could find his way back to the car. Can't say how much it meant to all of us as it made what could have been a highly stressful visit into a "stress less" appointment. Would highly recommend Midlux and will use them again without any hesitation. Excellent experience.

Shameful Service Ordered two Mercedes V class vans for my wedding day, one for myself and another for my now Wife! Only one van showed up which was to my address. The other van never showed up to my wifes address and a third party taxi was sent WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE! When contacting the owner of the company she was met with disgraceful behaviour on his part. He was incredibly rude and had said the van had broken down which we had no clue about and was not told about until we contacted him. The taxi drove off WITHOUT my bride due to it only being a 4 seater and we originally booked the van to seat 7 people! This made her an hour late to the wedding and she had to use an Uber. We very nearly didnt have a registrar that day due to how late she was. Shameful service! Bad communication and terrible manners from the owner! Do better!
