        I contacted Grace due to poor mobility in my lower back and hips. She was excellent and after just one session was able to improve my mobility considerably. She is very professional and explained exactly what issues I had and what she had done to help me. I am looking forward to the follow up and would highly recommend.

        Grace is a true professional. I have been having issues with my shoulder and tennis elbow. I have never been for a massage before so was a little apprehensive. Grace came recommended from a friend and all I can say she was amazing. Did I say apprehensive? no need she talked through a treatment and got to work. I have now booked in once a month to keep on top of it. I can highly recommend Grace.

        Can highly recommend Grace at GH Therapies! I have had her out for two treatments on my horse and I have been thoroughly impressed on both occasions. My horse can get quite tight on her hind legs but after just two treatments she is now tracking up much better and is able to lengthen her stride thanks to grace loosening her muscles. I look forward to having regular treatments from GH Therapies in future!
