        Visited the Timpson at Coalville today to use the photo print service. My phone is not the easiest to transfer photos from. I was helped by Garry the assistant on the day, who not only guided me set up the transfer, but patiently waited while I scrolled through 100s of cat photos to find the one I needed. He was a pleasure to chat to and totally empathised with my sad loss (I wanted a photo in a nice frame to remember my cat by). I commend Garry to his management on his superb customer care. I am truly grateful.

        I went in for a car key battery and came into problems with my car, the guy on the counter i think his name was Oliver, went above and beyond to resolve my issue including constant in and out in the rain, honestly can not thank this man enough 10/10 service
