        Slow on order!! was promised 1st of August delivery as new staff member has started. When that date came round, thought Id give them a chase. Was told they had a staff member self isolating, so order will basically be another 2weeks. On top of the order already been place 2 weeks back (4week) delay!!!! Think companies are using this covid 19 situation as an advantage to provide a rubbish customer service experience!! An email saying your order will be delayed wouldve been nice. Will think twice before placing another order.
