The first worker we spoke to just said no, then turned away from us to answer a seemingly unrelated call on his mobile. The second worker said they couldn't accept the voucher because the manager wasn't working, then called the manager who apparently just said no.
The third worker said that we needed to bring in the entire booklet, despite the booklet not being store specific and instructing that you only need to cut out the voucher.
This was an unpleasant and confrontational experience, all for the sake one one free sandwich. We took our custom elsewhere and won't be returning.
