        Absolutely Useless. 2 hour opening hours? Ridiculous. The worst delivery office I've ever seen. For every parcel you have waiting over week and finally you can't get it because office is non stop close.

        No business mail collections for three days this time. All vehicles back in the yard by 4.30pm, despite collections stared as going on until 6pm. We have the driver on CCTV driving PAST our office, then saying he couldnt find the address. Complaints line REFUSES to escalate and fails to log complaints. These people seem to want to see small businesses driven into the ground. My old man and his brother would turn in their graves with 30 plus years in the old Royal Mail each. Appalling service.
