Norris provided all plumbing and heating in my new property 3 years ago. I have had so many issues with the heating system, water heater and toilets I gave up asking for them to visit because the wait time was always months. I recently tried again when my water heater started to leak and again can't get anyone to look at it despite it being their work which frankly is abysmal. The pressure cylinder I have been told has been fitted flush to the ceiling so the service provider can't access to fix. This has been signed off by building regs which is shocking. Do not use this company as cowboys who want to charge call out fees and travelling fees for a service that makes you wait months! Services: Water heater installation, Toilet installation

This company originally fitted the solar heating and hot water systems to my house when it was built in 2014. I rang to ask if they could come and service system. Was put through to a voicemail and left a message to ask for a call back No reply for 6 days - I then rang back and got to speak to somebody We dont look at Solar panels they said Ok was my reply Id like you to come and service the hot water system that is connected to the solar panels Where are you they asked? Corby I replied Well we charge 48 per hour travel and 48 per hour on site. Fine I said Ill pay. Then I was put on hold and when the operator returned said sorry we dont travel that far. I replied well you did to fit the system originally and Im happy to pay. They then said no we dont have anyone to do it. Can you recommend anyone to look after something you installed originally I asked. We just tell people to go online they replied Looking at other reviews this seems like a company whose owners dont have any pride in their business or what they do so I would think best to avoid and find someone who does care about customers.
