I wouldn't give them one star, I've only gave them one in order to write them a review. I'm appalled by the playgroup, I collected my son from there (he attended for two mornings a week), and I was told by a member of staff "we don't know exactly what's happened, but we heard screaming and went into the girls toilets and your son was in there with three girls we don't know which of the three did it so we couldn't tell any of them off" well I'd like to know where the staff were and why my son who still wears nappies was even allowed and left unattended in the toilet. My son has scratches to both sides of his face, under chin, neck and behind the ear. Staff who should be caring for and supervising mine and others children but aren't. Would not recommend it, not only that but members of staff who also have a bad attitude towards dealing with the issue!
