Ordered 4 sheets of clear acrylic and unfortunately 2 sheets were 5cms larger than we needed and the other 2 were 3cms larger than needed. We couldn't send it back and wait for new ones so unfortunately we've just had to try and cut it to size ourselves. Won't order from here again.

We purchased two panels and when they arrived, one was cracked. Then when our fitter went to install them, it was discovered the panels are transparent in natural daylight. This means you can see whatever his behind your panel, including the adhesive. I contacted the company and they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 due to the fact that these panel are not fit for their intended purpose. Their customer service department seem to be stuck in a cycle of saying due to the fact its a bespoke order they wont refund one of them and quoting their Ts & Cs. This is also a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as no matter what the company Ts and Cs state, if the product is deemed as not being fit for its intended use, it breaches the act. Furthermore, there is nowhere in online and distance selling laws which state a companys Ts & Cs can refuse a refund due to an item being not fit for purpose, (regardless of the item being bespoke or not) and states that the customer has the right to cancel within 14 days after the item has been delivered. This also states there doesnt need to be a reason for cancelling, yet in this case, there is a genuine reason this red acrylic is not fit for its intended purpose. Would you want a transparent shower panel where you can see the adhesive? Do not use this company, or their affiliated company The Polycarbonate Store UK unless youre happy with substandard products!
