        I do not why there is some low reviews. My eye test and purchase of new glasses were fantastic, I was unsure of the style I wanted and Andrew was really helpful in picking the style for my face shape and prescirption. Really great service today

        Booked an eye test online for today, with Specsavers. Stressed that I needed a downstairs room as I couldn't manage a flight of stairs. Im still on crutches after an accident. Arrive to be told that they don't have a downstairs room available today. They said they tried to ring me on Sunday to let me know....which I obviously missed.....but it beggars belief as to why they couldn't have sent me a text if they couldn't actually speak to me. This is a bit deja vu as I'm sure this has happened with Specsavers before. It's not great customer service!
