Candor Care

My dads stairlift stopped working. Candor care answered the phone after hours, got an engineer to us the next day and had the stairlift working again by the end of the week despite having to order parts. All the staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they were fantastic.

Excellent service from the first phone call to the installation. Rang at 11am on a Friday & 2 hours later there was someone at my mums house to measure up & give a quote. No pressure to buy & great friendly advice. By Monday lunchtime her stairlift was installed & in full working order! One very happy mum which in turn makes me one very happy daughter. Thank you for a fantastic service.

Highly recommended. Alan & the team at Candor have been excellent when dealing with my Mothers stair lift. No nonsense straight talking, honest advice & no hard sales tactics either. I have recommended their services to a few people & feedback has always been the same. Thank you for the great service!

We needed a quick solution when my wife became very ill and the service we received was without fault from the initial visit to the final installation, which was achieved far quicker than I had expected. Would fully recommend

I dealt with candor care on behalf of my parents who are both in their late 80's, due to living in Hertfordshire I wasn't able to attend the sales appointment but my parents were treated with respect and they didnt feel under pressure to buy, their stairlift was straight and fitted the same week. Its been installed for just over a month now so time will tell if the product is reliable however its given them both a new lease of life! thanks candor
