        Ive worked here stay away. The higher ups are known to break rules when things break down. I witnessed the owners business partner open a sealed door from uncooked to cooked meat to remove a machine and walked through the door in the wrong clothing and boots. what he should have done was walk round sanitise change clothes and boots then push machine through its correct exit. staff cant break rules but the higher ups and mechanics can contaminate when they like if they feel it speeds things up.
