I cannot speak highly enough of them. The reception staff try their utmost to help you and Dr Tailor was brilliant. I feel a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Thank you.

Sometimes takes a while to get through, but you know where you are in the queuing system. The staff are as helpful as they can be and have a very hard job to do. Personally I've been at doctors who are a whole lot worse. I'm happy with the service I get

I have been a patient here for 35 years and hold Dr Patel in very high regard I find him understanding and very good. However I dont like wasting his valuable time. I'm totally at a loss as yesterday I tried to get a repeat and was told I needed a review which is ok but needed to wait two months. Fine with that to as its regular meds. However was told I needed to bother my GP everday for a Emergency appointment to get a new prescription. What a waste of my time and the GPs.

I have found the staff very helpful. The queueing system for the phone is good as you can hear that you're progressing

The worst GP I have ever had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with. This has always been the case for years. The telephone staff are rude and unhelpful. Unable to process the most simple of requests. People with severe mental health needing repeat prescriptions, they dont care or want to know. I wonder how a suicide would play on their conscience!
