Appalling customer service at new market by the owner, not at all friendly to me and the wife that have lived here for many years. Definitely will not be back you would think they would be happy and friendly to paying customers.

The Chocolate Bob Cakes are to die for!! Absolutely delicious! Lovely, friendly, local business. Highly Recommend! Fantastic value for money! (Especially on a Tuesday when it's 6 for 10) !!

Really disappointed in this company, I will start from the beginning after telling this company I wish to purchase lots of Bob cakes and brownies every week and can they do me a deal with the price they agreed with 2 per cake I was spending around 100 every week. 1 week I asked for orange Bob cakes they arrived and they wasnt orange I told them and they apologised and said they would add me a couple of extras in my next order I received my order to it then again not tasting like the orange flavouring I ordered and I didnt receive the 2 extra cakes I was promised upon checking they admitted they hadnt been adding the correct flavouring and was adding orange water instead? Again no apologies or anything to rectify the mistake again. Anyway I still carried on ordering (even tho most people would have have gone elsewhere by now) a couple of weeks later they then message me and tell me I cant have the cakes at 2 each now and if I wanted them I would have to pay more unless I order on a Tuesday were they do the 6 for 10 deal (ok thats fine Ill do that then) And they also said they cant do me the orange Bob cakes unless I pre order on a Sunday again I did this and 3 weeks later now being told I cant have the deal anymore I have to pay more and they cant do the orange Bob cakes either unless I order 20. I travel all the way from leicester to give there small buisness custom and they even said there mother lives in leicester i can collect from her if shes not in she leaves them out safe for me. To be then told Im putting them out even if I travel to colville to them. They obviously do not value there customers very much because I know would never treat people the way they have me and my family and friends who spent lots of money with them every week. Oh well karma I trust will do what it needs to do

Fantastic little cafe brilliant breakfast very clean and tidy friendly staff and nice a busy atmosphere parking right outside the door Thankyou will definitely return

Absolutely top notch food. Very tasty and fresh. The staff are friendly and the Newmarket has a nice seating area.
