John fitted the lights in our new kitchen via our Kitchen fitters. He did such a good job that we called him to fit new lights in our en suite and two new extractor fans and to fit the bathroom cabinet. We can recommend hi m without reservation.

Had a terrible experience with John Stacey electrical. He (John. Stacey) quoted to repair out bathroom lights because they were not coming on sometimes when we pulled the pull cord, and he said it was a fault with something similar to a starter motor which needed replacing. He quoted us 250 to include the parts and labour and asked us to pay him in cash. Suffice it to say he attended and said he had replaced the faulty aspect, but it is now clear he did not replace anything and of course the fault still exists. We have been left 250 out of pocket and still with our faulty bathroom lights. We have tried contacting him by phone and by many texts but he has simply 'gone to ground'! Our advise - Avoid this guy like the plague!
