Right from the initial quote Russell was really thorough, detailed and made a real effort to understand what I wanted to achieve and came up with some great ideas of how to achieve it. Excellent communication throughout, always keeping me informed throughout the installation and really friendly and accommodating too.         I needed my electrical underfloor heating wired up to the mains. Russ came round within a good timescale couple of days to look at the job was really knowledgeable and professional in his approach. We booked in a time for the job to be completed and Russ kept to that date and did a fantastic job 10 out of 10 would definitely use him again. His workmanship was very good he worked in a clean environment and charge a very good competitive price thanks very much Russ.
