        We have been using Charlotte for over a year and have had such amazing benefits from the walks. Our dogs respond so well to her approach, but also their behaviour has improved on our own walks too as Charlotte has worked with our own strategies and consistently applied them on her walks. The dogs know and love Charlotte and they clearly have a beautiful relationship with her. We get lots of updates from her, videos and photos, and these are gratefully received. Couldn't recommend her more highly.

        We have used Otis and Friends for the last two years and its the best decision we ever made! Our little boy loves Charlotte and cant wait to go for his walk, whether thats alone or in a group. She is reliable, consistent and totally honest. Without a doubt, Charlotte is brilliant with all the dogs she works with and would highly recommend her.
