Returning customer came in with friends to find that we where unable to sit inside the shop looked empty staff where upstairs took long time to come down to greet us and then to be told we could sit inside and was cash only we left very disappointed and questioning if we will return

Way overpriced for size of desserts, small waffle with 2 toppings , banana split and a small pot of Eaton mess and was 15!! Not even anything special no selection of cakes and poor customer service will not be using again!

Me and my friend went in and ordered. I had a banana milkshake and she had a strawberry SMOOTHIE. We were unaware the smoothies were made with milk and with whipped cream on, my friend is dairy intolerant and it doesnt state in the menu that they are made with milk. After waiting half an hour for 2 drinks we were given ours and to my friends disappointment her smoothie was made with milk and had cream on top. She politely went back in the shop and asked for her drink to be remade and apologised as she didnt realise it would contain milk. To our shock the server went upstairs and continued to talk about us in a foul way, very unprofessional and poor service. After hearing this we rang the bell and asked for our money back and told the workers that we could hear everything they were saying. Completely appalled and will never go back!
