Having bought an old property in a conservation area, needing both renovation and improvement, Jonathon helped us greatly through the stages of design, planning permission, engineer specifications and building control. This was, at times, a difficult process and Jonathon has been on-hand throughout and whenever we needed his support (which was often). We are grateful for his calm sense, expertise and clear guidance.

Very happy with the service provided by Jon at SKETCH, having worked through a couple of proposed planning scenarios and layouts for the property we were successful with the chosen double storey rear extension. Given the conservation area location and subsequent requirements from Stratford on Avon District Council, all was handled professionally and efficiently. Jon has helped us through the design and planning process for our single storey extension which has replaced an old conservatory.
