I took two parcels here last week because it was the closest post office to me. However, a week later and my parcels have still not been delivered, these parcels had freshly baked goods in them that will now have to be thrown once they finally arrive!! They cannot use COVID as an excuse as I checked with Royal Mail and there was no delays at the time of sending. As well as this, my father goes to Ashby road post office (the same sorting office) every single day and they have all arrived quickly and safely! I paid 10 for delivery and I dont believe they even sent them out, its absolutely disgusting and I wouldnt recommend the shop or post office to anyone!

Since this changed owners there is a total change . The staff are very friendly & helpful. The range of items they sell has also increased. Joy to to go in there now!
