I tried to buy rizla papers which is about 60p with a 5 pound note. He refused to serve me. Im not giving you change for that he goes. Joke of a man. I asked him are you joking he asked me to get change. I laughed at him id rather buy the same product at 10 x the price than put one penny in this store. Same place selling toilet roll 4 pack for 16 when covid started. Disgusting.

Probably the worst service I have ever received at this store, was in browsing for some wine whilst asking my partner which type they would like. Out of nowhere the owner pops up and asks me if I needed help. When I said I was fine, he went on to accuse me of noting down prices then told me to leave! He carried on doing this several times. Utterly unbelievable behaviour. The girl behind the counter was mortified and from her reaction its clear that this type of paranoid behaviour is common place at this store. If I could give 0 stars I would. Im all for supporting local businesses but when they treat customers like this, no thanks! Avoid at all costs.
