The worst customer experience I've ever had anywhere. Management are combative and confrontational when customers raise concerns over lack of customer acknowledgement, poor management of queue system, unhelpful staff and lack of clarity as to where customers should queue for what purchases. This matter will be escalated as management engage in conduct which is aimed at humiliating and degrading customers with valid complaints, publicly in store. Please ensure cctv of the eve of 11/10/2022 is preserved as litigation is imminent.

Would be more than useful if the phone number actually rang through to the shop.. received my snappy shopper order around 20 mins ago. Missing products and sending me things I didnt order instead of. Things that I dont need and not happy paying for been trying to contact the shop since and nothing. No number on their website, snappy shopper app or google is ringing through

Always friendly Staff, Subway is better than the monkey walk one in town. More convenient than its competitors in terms of stock and what they have and you just can't beat those Dunkin Donuts
