        Water leak under kitchen sink. Logged fault and its been a month without a resolution. Chasing daily for an appointment to be made. They say looking into. Poor communication, zero response rate. Their call handlers and manager named Daniel are disinterested. I shall call again this afternoon with little hope. Not impressed with their lack of care. Ill wait for their sincere apology for any inconvenience this has caused me.

        I don't know about the quality of your services but I do know that you need to improve the standard of your van drivers. Van reg ND64 EPJ driving way above the speed limit 40 and 30mph on Leicester road towards Ashby around 4.30 today. Not impressed.
