Blame Covid all you want, it doesn't write you appalling customer service emails for you; specifically those written by Stacey and Grace.
Again, refusing to cancel orders which had not yet been printed becauase they could not guarantee delivery. The 14 days is then revised to become 14 working days excluding postage time which they take no responsibility for.
If the order couldn't be fulfilled in time.I would have been happy with a refund. My Child's Art/Crestline Printers would rather take the money and run.
