        Great place for a coffee and people watch. Took my grandson for a hot chocolate whilst his teacher was on strike in the week. He loved it. So did I, nice flat white coffee. Served at our table. Cheers Imsomnia.. Kid-friendliness: Room to spread out

        I went into Insomnia Coffee Company yesterday 24/04/2023 at 12pm as I desperately needed the toilet due to being pregnant. I politely asked if I could use there toilet and I got nothing but rudeness of the staff. I understand you have to be a customer to use there facilities. But being pregnant I thought they would allow it! I asked for a manager and all I got is shes not here and thats the rules! I thought this was absolutely disgusting behavior and didnt think there was any need for the way they spoke to me especially being heavy pregnant. I have used this coffee shop on many occasions coming out to this shopping Centre but I definitely wont be returning! There rudeness has let the whole company down!
