Having recently moved to the area I've been searching for a hairdresser that has a good price point and good service. The first time I booked it was in the morning on a Saturday. When I got there the stylist I had booked with was only just starting to colour another clients hair. I was asked if I could come back to which I couldn't as I had other plans. Luckily there was another stylist available that did the cut for me - she was very nice and talked to me throughout. I booked with the same initial stylist (one who'd been colouring another person's hair) for the benefit of the doubt. This appointment was a Friday - salon was fairly quiet. I turned up 5 mins early and she was rinsing another clients colour out. My appointment was 30 mins at 5pm, she started at 5.35pm. During the hair cut itself she checked her watch a couple of times leaving me with the feeling that the service was being rushed as she had somewhere else to be. The cut itself is generally okay however having showed where I wanted the longest point of my hair to be she probably cut it about 2 inches shorter. The excuse given both times was that she didn't know how thick the clients hair was before she started colouring. Most good stylists would do a consultation and would know how thick the hair is and book the time out accordingly. Safe to say I will not be returning as however good her price was (she was not the cheapest stylist there) the service I felt was second class from her. I have only given two stars because both times I was offered refreshment and the cut was decent. Unless you're a colour appointment I wouldn't recommend. Service: Hairstyling
