Absolutely disgusting way to treat people when their family have died!! Dragging their heels to release anything because they're making money on it still, palming people off with excuses for extremely poor admin, costs have had to be paid out and these greedy people have zero compassion!! I will be writing to head office, anyone who has anything with thos building society, really need to think again!! DISGUSTING!! Waited over 4 weeks now since settling the bereavement and still putting it further back, now we are having to get the FCA involved to escalate it, AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS
