I ordered a substantial amount of cakes and bakes from Roxy Cakes based in Thringstone, Coalville, back in November 2022 for the upcoming large family gathering over Christmas. The seller's couriers, unfortunately, lost the parcel. I only learnt about this on 23th December 2022 when the cakes did not turn up - not ideal. Over two months later (March 2023), despite a number of requests sent to the seller, I am still awaiting a refund. The seller stated she would not return the funds paid until her insurance claim with the courier is settled by the courier company - somewhat strange as Evri do not insure perishable goods anyway... Either way, my refund should not be impacted/delayed because of her dealings with her couriers. The seller's communication is horrendous and I would not buy from this seller ever again.
