Hmm bought a printer 6 years ago great service have come back to them for a new machine , the new machine which was recommended by them - it turns out it has very poor software some of the features do not work, support was non existent with the comment " hmm we've not had one of those machines in the office " How can you recommend a machine you've not seen and cant offer support on ?

How a company deals with an issue says far more than anything else and on this point they have been excellent. I bought my son a 3D printer for Christmas which unfortunately was faulty. I sent a message to the company and did not expect much to happen until the new year. Had a message saying they had limited support until 3rd Jan. To my surprise I had tech support on the Wednesday that fixed some of the issues. When a new motherboard was needed this was sent and received the next day. Truly excellent customer service. The person who I was dealing with, Myles, was brilliant and a great ambassador for the company. I would not hesitate to recommend this company due to this superb customer support.

Just bought my second 3D Printer from Technology Outlet. Fantastic after sales service - I had a few issues with the printer on setup, James was remarkably helpful and quick to respond and had me up and running within the same day.

Great service. Bought 2 printers and one had an issue so was swapped out pretty fast.
