        Ordered direct from their website, item arrived very quickly however was the wrong fitment for my laptop, as soon as I contacted Customer Service, they were extremely responsive and did what they could to make it right, ultimately offering a refund without even requesting the item be returned. Excellent customer service!

        Thanks to Dave we were able to find a comparable charger for a MSI GL63 laptop which couldnt be found anywhere after contacting many suppliers before them. They were patient and very helpful and it arrived within a few days. Thanks again Dave.

        My Son's ASUS Gaming laptop charger had broken over the weekend. I used google to track alternative chargers which gave me lots of confusing compatible ones with up to 2 weeks delivery time. I came across Power4Lapotops and gave them a call who asked me to bring the laptop into their shop. Although not very well signposted they directed me to their shop door and I met with Dave, with hardly any time he had produced the correct charger, tested it in front of myself and gave me lots of advice, support and a 1 year warranty. Great customer service from beginning to en, highly recommended. Just need a.sign above their door. Many thanks guys
