Absolutely disgusting, recently sent a complaint regarding how my partner was treated by the Manager during her 5 months there (which felt like much longer due to the total disrespect she was shown and they didn't even have the decency to reply so I'm guessing that they've not looked into the complaint either, which is so wrong on so many levels) I let them clearly know what happened to my partner during her time there in detail and a simple response saying maybe "thank you we will look into your complaint" would have been better than nothing, just goes to show that they really don't care about how the Manager treats her staff, disgusting
