Terrible customer service - I was pencilled in for some measurements to be taken for a cover and framework for my boat back in March. Contacted end of April to confirm a date, no reply for 2 weeks when eventually I was promised a phone call the following Monday. No phone call or contact made, several messages/emails sent and again no reply. Eventually started to call the office but after several phoncalls per week and lots of attempts from the staff to get me a phonecall back I gave up. The owner knows full well Im waiting to be contacted still but hasnt bothered with even a courtesy call to let me know he hasnt forgotten or better yet to make some arrangements. I feel for the staff I spoke to who were growing increasingly frustrated with him every day I phoned. If hes so busy that he cant keep up then he should have just told me from the start he couldnt do it instead of wasting 3 months of my time. Its a shame because Ive seen their work and its very good, hence why I persevered for so long. Very disappointing!
