Service from the minute we walked in was brilliant - Staff were very helpfull. We were not able to check in as we had arrived early which was fine as we planned to have lunch anyway. but there was z mix up with our rooms as we booked a twin and there system was saying a double - but this was resolved and our room was prefect Food & drinks: Excellent menu

Service was always quietly present and management style is discrete. Excellent. Building exterior quite tired after lockdown, window not opening etc. Interior was spotless. Leak stains on beam over restaurant. Food is good portions and well prepared and presented. Very relaxing experience overall. Noteworthy details: Exterior a little tired after Covid. To be expected.

Staff are all friendly and welcoming, my room was perfect for one person and very clean and tidy. I had a meal in the evening too which was delicious, and also breakfast the next morning I chose the small cooked breakfast, it was lovely and hot and everything was cooked perfectly. It was a bit warm in the dining area but i'm not complaining about that! Overall great service and I would definitely stay there again.
