My experience with Sarah West was simply fantastic. Emma was truly kind from the beginning & informed me of a job opportunity that matched my current skill set. She was communicative through every step and always inquiring how my experience with that hiring company was. Times when Emma wasnt available(rarely), Robyn was able to fill in and she was just as amazing. In summary, I got the job! And I am thankful for such kindness and support from Sarah West & Emma.

The entire team at Sarah West are amazing, particularly Helen and Ashleigh. The perfect mix of professional yet incredibly friendly and genuine, they are dedicated and thorough. As a candidate I felt understood, listened to and that the team genuinely wanted to find me the right role for my skill set and experience. If I was looking to use a recruitment agency to fill a post I would not hesitate to work with them and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Emma Broomfield was fantastic, so empathetic and kind when signing up to apply for a position at NewZapp. She showed a genuine interest of what was right for me, settled my nerves of leaving an industry that I've been in for 8+ years and even sent my a card to my address to say congratulations and that I'd smash it. Emma at Sarah West Recruitment was excellent in helping me secure a new job. I had a really good conversation with her, where she got to know me and understand what kind of role and organisation I was looking for. I was quickly put forward for interview and got the job!
