I have been suffering with back pain and sciactica for 15 years been taking quite a lot of pain killers had injection all sort of therapy to try and sort it out but nothing took away the pain and my morale was a way down . I started bowen therapy 4 weeks ago and what a difference in me i have not touch pain killers since am more like myself and even my friends have said how happy and cheerful ive been. I have recommended other people to go as well to see how thay get on and they have said its great i never heard of it until someone said to me about it as they went and said it was good . Its not a painful therapy it us relaxing better than a massage got my next session booked for January staff member is very nice and put you at ease.

I was skeptical of Bowen Therapy but in just 4 weeks Adam has managed to sort out a major issue I've had with my shoulder that's been with me over a year. Improvement was immediate from the first session. Wish I'd heard about him sooner!

I recently booked some therapy sessions with Adam. I have been suffering with neck pains for a while and had been forced to take some pain killers. Adam was recommended by a family friend and despite being skeptical about Bowen, I booked some sessions. Adam treated my neck and talked me through possible causes. After just a few treatments I had some restful nights sleep. My neck wasn't giving me as much pain as it normally did. I will be booking some more sessions. Adam made me feel very relaxed and was very professional and polite.

Excellent service from Adz who has been in the health and fitness industry for years.. I didnt know what to expect to start with but it was completely none invasive therapy and it works wonders.. I would highly recommend to anyone with sporting injury like myself.

Friendly, professional and a great overall experience Took time to explain the therapy which I knew very little about and the treatment I received has really helped alleviate the nerve pain Id been suffering from in my neck , shoulder and arm Would highly recommend
