Nice products, good selection. Shame however that on frequent occasions this shop closes anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes early, meaning that if you pop by after work because you need something they are shut. Being a loyal and frequent customer this is not ideal. Very disappointing, In future I will source my needs online.

They do sell a lot of eclectic items here including some fantastic looking furniture .. but we have found that they are on the more expensive side. We managed to source their collectors coffee table at almost half the price elsewhere, so it is worth checking online if you are prepared to wait for an item, otherwise it may be one of those things you just can't get elsewhere, so maybe treat yourself if you can afford it.

Shocking service by the manager, David Alford, at the Orange Tree at Darts Farm today 28 September. I chose a china jug priced at 4.99 which had what I thought was it's empty box next to it. I told him that the price on the box was 7.99 but the jug said 4.99. He immediately removed the 4.99 sticker and then proceeded to charge me 12.95 for it. When I questioned him he said that the computer said the jug was this price, even though it was labelled otherwise. He did not apologise and I had to ask him to do so which he did reluctantly. He did not offer to sell it to me at 12.95 or any other price. He said he would remove it for 24 hours and then re-label it at 12.95. He commented that people sometimes remove stickers from one item to another, which was his veiled implication that I might have done this! On Linked in he claims to be skilled in negotiation and customer service. This was definitely not my experience! He may have been having a bad day but he needs to review his skills.

Well, it's a lovely place from produce to the furnishings and furniture to food restaurants and a lot in between. But it certainly is not the cheapest gig in town if you're after a bargain. But I loved it, great for a morning or even a day out!
