Kelly was absolutely brilliant. I went into Kiva & Zen a little nervous and with no expectations. The dresses are beautiful and Kelly made the experience so easy with no pressure to buy on the first visit. Thank you for a fab experience, looking forwards to returning in September x

Kelly was absolutely brilliant. I went into Kiva & Zen with no expectations, I have never tried on a wedding dress before! The dresses are beautiful and Kelly made the experience so easy, her knowledge is incredible and she is so lovely. I went back for the second time to try on my three favourites and I have found the dress .Thank you for such a wonderful experience, I can not recommend Kelly enough, she is a superstar.

This has been my favourite place to try on dresses so far, the place has such a lovely vibe and Kelly was so helpful and relaxed - I felt really at ease unlike other shops with lots of rules and regulations! The dresses are amazing quality and I'll be back to try on my faves again for sure!

Found my beautiful veil at kiva and zen! The whole experience was amazing, I was shown so many options and they were so helpful! Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish at Kiva & Zen. Kelly made myself and my family and friends feel so comfortable as soon as we stepped foot in the door. I did not feel pressured by Kelly when trying on dresses, she let me decide what I liked and didnt like while giving me very helpful guidance. I found my dream dress at Kiva & Zen and cannot recommend it more.
