        Visited today and Ryan was amazingly kind & helpful repairing my sons bike mid-cycle! Definitely recommend Roots for all biking needs!

        Have a 6 yr old S Works Stumpjumper, took it to Ryan and it came back like it was brand new. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service, thanks Ry. Highly recommend for servicing and anything else in the push bike world.

        Unfortunately I didn't have such a positive experience with Roots Cycleworks in Ebford. I took my bike in for a full-service, prior to a Sportive event, of which I had a new chain and cassette installed. Following the Service, the gears continued to jump whilst changing gears and therefore I took it back to the shop. Ryan informed me that the cable needed changing. After more expense and a new cable the bike gears continue to jump and the issue has not been resolved - my bike rode smoothly prior to the service.

        Ryan is excellent and doesn't discriminate between customers with $5,000 road bikes or cheap commuters, he can do it all and gives each job all of his years of expertise. He always explains things in ways you can understand too. Would 100% recommend taking your bike to Ryan!
