        Good customer service. Cars are not spotlessly clean when you get them and there's no floor mats. Now I know this sounds silly but makes driving experience feel like your sitting alone in an unfurnished empty room. Perhaps I'm too fussy but when you pay a fair amount of your hard earned cash for a hire car you expect it to be clean inside and out and carpeted.

        Hire car was good, no issues with hire. I left a jumper in the car and have been chasing them for a week since but they wont answer phones and the one time they did they left me on hold for 25mins till I got fed up of waiting for them to come back and hung up. They havent answered again since (currently at attempt 23 and counting)
