went to have pat tester calibrated having phoned before hand got there and was told that they only calibrate their own machines. the lady was very apologetic the gentelman was rather rude and when i asked for some help he told me to look on the internet to which i said i had and found them, may be they ought to state that on their website and the gentleman go on refresher course in customer service

If i could give 0 stars i would! Advertised as a Free Online course, which it is, but to have a certificate at the end cost's 30 to have it sent to you. To which it has no actual certification to it or acreditation from any bodies on it! It also has Parker Bell in huge letters as if this is the most important bit of it. Further more its advertised that the example PAT TESTER machine which appears very similar to the Seaward 100 is around 45 - 55 more expensive from this company. AVOID & SPEND A LITTLE TIME ONLINE & SHOP AROUND AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID.. This is only my own experience ofcourse.

Only after taking delivery of our PAT device did they state payment required before sending the calibrated device back to us.

Brilliant PAT tester used all around the office and warehouse. Free DVD supplied with kit showed us exactly how to do the PAT Testing. It's saved us so much time and money! Great Customer Service
