The 1 star is for the gentleman we dealt with who was quite friendly and helpful, but when it comes to the overall service it was chaos. We had to organise a shipment of personal belongings quite late as we were moving countries and was assured by ISCA that they would handle everything. It seemed we did most the work. We had multiple issues with FedEx who were collecting, for example them not showing up on the scheduled day, not having any of our information when we called to make inquiries. We were advised by ISCA they had an agent in Canada that would handle any issues with the shippers there, but we were the ones on the phone for hours trying to fix the problems. We weren't able to collect our shipment right away from where we had it delivered to, and when we did the shipping boxes looked like they had been in a plane crash, with a few missing items and some damaged upon inspection. Live and learn I guess, wouldn't recommend using this company, but if you do make sure you have plenty of insurance.
